- First remove coconut from it's shell and remove it's outer brown part too with the help of knife..
- Now chop the coconut into small pieces and put in a grinder jar to grind.add little milk while grinding..
- Now heat a pan with ghee,add ground coconut and cook for 4 -5 mins.on low to medium flame..
- After that add milk and stir well,add saffron (soaked in milk) and cool covered for 4-5 mins.until it becomes thick..
- Then add cardamom powder and mix well.add sugar and mix and cook for another 3-4 mins.until moisture evaporates..
- In last add roasted nuts of your choice and serve this delicious coconut halwa..
