- Now add 1 cup of sugar and add 2 tablespoon of milk to the coconut mix, followed by rose food colour and cook well for 5 - 10 minutes.
- The perfect consistency is when the coconut mix doesn’t stick on the walls of the tawa.
- Finally add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and give a quick mixture.
- Turn off the flame, rest the coconut mixture to cool, Grease your hands with ghee and make laddus.
